Dawn Malloy, owner and president of First Florida Title and Trust, continues to exemplify the ultimate transaction experience for home closings in Central Florida. Dedicated to doing things correctly the first time, Dawn and First Florida Title and Trust strive to treat every client with the utmost respect and successfully provide an honest, transparent relationship between customer and business.

Just surpassing its tenth-year anniversary, Dawn founded her company upon the values of availability, perseverance, and professional behavior. In 2007, she opened the doors of First Florida Title and Trust ready to offer her services in an understanding and convenient fashion. A plethora of reviews of both Dawn and her company prove the satisfaction and ease that are provided with each transaction. Dawn has proven apt in creating the most stress reducing closings- at times and locations readily available to the customer.

Dawn Malloy realizes that communication is key in title transactions, especially for first time home buyers. She has always seen educating the client throughout the entire closing process as one of the most necessary steps in doing business. Dawn believes in and wants to spread the process of informing the community about their options when it comes to title insurance; everyone deserves to know the conditions that accompany the transfer of real property.

When Dawn is not contributing to the success of her title agency, she is heavily involved in the Central Florida community- specifically her hometown areas of Lake Mary and Sanford. She was born and raised in Sanford, FL before moving to Miami and attending Florida International University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. From extensive work in multiple patient settings, Dawn has learned how to familiarize herself with patients and their families on a personal level while promoting independent, pain free living.

While away from the office, Dawn spends time with her two very active daughters and two miniature poodles. She is active with the local city police department and sponsors local community events often. Shown through the many ways Dawn contributes to the community of Central Florida, she proves herself a staple businesswoman and social sponsor for clients and citizens alike.
